What the hale fitness and nutrition

First off, I wanted to say THANK YOU! Thank you to all of you who follow, share, and like my Facebook page, Instagram, and Twitter for What the HALE Fitness and Nutrition! It greatly helps me out in reaching a larger audience! Please keep it up!!!
Next, I wanted to reach out and let you know what you can expect from What the HALE Fitness and Nutrition!
Many of you know me personally and know that I am a no-bullshit kind of woman, that I don’t blow smoke up your ass, I am loud and use “sentence enhancers” often when speaking and writing, and that I have a rough, tough exterior but quite compassionate and squishy on the inside (how many of you laughed reading that?!), yet it is the truth!
What the HALE Fitness and Nutrition will cover a WIDE range of heath, fitness, nutrition, and wellness topics, ranging from science-base facts, to how-to guides, to myth busting, to fitness / health / nutrition / wellness product(s) knowledge / information, and more!
I have been asked if I do personal training / sports enhancement and nutrition guidance, and the answer is yes, I do. I am a non-traditional personal trainer, meaning I give you the information and tools to make realistic and obtainable changes in habits to help you make and have an overall better quality of life! But all the information and tools don’t work unless you put in the effort and work! Because in all reality, life is dynamic and health / fitness / nutrition / wellness are part of a lifelong journey that isn’t static, which is a beautiful and exciting thing! When it comes to nutrition, I can only give guidance and suggestions, for I am not a registered dietitian (RD), nor will I pretend to be, as I know my scope of practice. Where I know a lot about health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness, I know I don’t know everything, which is why I have a fabulous network of legitimate, science-based, accredited, certified, educated resources, to gain answers and knowledge that I can pass on to you! Because correct / accurate / factual knowledge is what gives us the power to make informed decisions and changes when it comes to our health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness!
